Each flagger must demonstrate: (a) giving drivers clear instructions, (b) maneuvering to avoid errant vehicles, (c) controlling signaling devices, (d) applying safe traffic control practices under stress, and (e) recognizing danger and warning workers in time. No federal pass score exists.
No federal flagger card exists. You receive our provider certificate of completion, plus the ATSSA Certified Flagger card — or the state card where your state requires one.
