Mandatory 6 hrs: Intro to OSHA (1 hr β worker rights, employer responsibilities, complaints, OSHA Form 300, SDS); Focus Four hazards (4 hrs β falls at least 1.5 hrs; electrocution, struck-by, caught-in/between at least 0.5 hr each); PPE (30 min); health hazards (30 min). Plus elective and optional topics. Max 7.5 hrs per day.
Program: OSHA Outreach Training Program β voluntary; it does not satisfy the training requirements of any OSHA standard.
You receive: DOL student course completion card (QR-coded plastic), issued by the OSHA-authorized trainer through an Authorized Training Organization within 90 days of class end.
Testing: classroom is participation-based β no federal exam pass score.

OSHA 10-Hour General Industry β minimum 10 hours (minimum 2 days). Mandatory 6 hours: Intro to OSHA, walking/working surfaces, exit routes & fire protection, electrical, PPE, and hazard communication. Taught by an OSHA-authorized trainer; you receive a DOL student course completion card (QR-coded plastic) within 90 days. OSHA never "certifies" workers.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction β minimum 30 hours (minimum 4 days). Mandatory 14 hours including Focus Four hazards (6 hrs), managing safety and health, PPE, and health hazards; 12 elective and 4 optional hours. Taught by an OSHA-authorized trainer; you receive a DOL student course completion card (QR-coded plastic) within 90 days. OSHA never "certifies" workers.
